Dog Mountain Trail
Introduction
Explore this 4.8 km out-and-back trail in Mount Seymour, North Vancouver, BC, offering scenic views of Vancouver and the Bay Area. This popular, family-friendly route is moderately challenging due to exposed roots and is open year-round for hiking, snowshoeing, and running. Dogs are welcome on leash. Start early to avoid crowds, and use crampons in winter for safety. Amenities include parking, a café, picnic area, and washrooms.

I have been participating in their yearly charity hikes since their inception and am amazed by the support received. People from all over the world come to the hike from diverse backgrounds and donate generously.
There are over 160 million orphans in the world. That is one reason my wife and I are passionate about helping families adopt children. For children not to become an orphan in the first place would be best. To do this you have to change their environment and teach skills that will change not only their life but many generations to come. This is why I support LY2NK. They are helping create an environment where communities can learn to support themselves for many lifetimes right where they are.
