Introduction
Explore this 5.8-km loop trail near Capilano 5, BC, perfect for a leisurely hike. Combining the Upper Capilano Pacific Trail and Capilano Canyon, it offers a variety of terrain, from forested trails to smooth gravel paths and stairs. Enjoy stunning canyon views and an excellent lookout by Cleveland Dam, Capilano Lake, and the mountains. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Note that parking can be limited on sunny weekends.

I have been participating in their yearly charity hikes since their inception and am amazed by the support received. People from all over the world come to the hike from diverse backgrounds and donate generously.
There are over 160 million orphans in the world. That is one reason my wife and I are passionate about helping families adopt children. For children not to become an orphan in the first place would be best. To do this you have to change their environment and teach skills that will change not only their life but many generations to come. This is why I support LY2NK. They are helping create an environment where communities can learn to support themselves for many lifetimes right where they are.
