Introduction
One of Phoenix’s most iconic hikes, this 4.2 km out-and-back trail in Echo Canyon Recreation Area offers stunning views of the city. The challenging route includes steep climbs and a final rock scramble to the summit, making proper footwear and hydration essential. Popular from October to May, the trail showcases unique desert wildlife. Note: Dogs are not allowed.

I have been participating in their yearly charity hikes since their inception and am amazed by the support received. People from all over the world come to the hike from diverse backgrounds and donate generously.
There are over 160 million orphans in the world. That is one reason my wife and I are passionate about helping families adopt children. For children not to become an orphan in the first place would be best. To do this you have to change their environment and teach skills that will change not only their life but many generations to come. This is why I support LY2NK. They are helping create an environment where communities can learn to support themselves for many lifetimes right where they are.
